Our History
Founded in 1987 by Jeff and Karen Perrin, Car Services has made huge progress since moving from its original location in Flour Square to its new service centre in King Edward Street, Grimsby. It now has six fully qualified motor technicians, four administration staff and a part-time maintenance engineer. The range of services has also expanded down the years to incorporate:
- General servicing, repairs and MOT's for cars and light commercial vehicles.
- Vehicle diagnostics.
- Air conditioning repairs and servicing.
- Fleet maintenance.
- Providing courtesy cars in most circumstances - with free collection and delivery within the local area also available where possible.
After the move to King Edward Street in 1999, Car Services have invested
heavily in diagnostic & workshop equipment and have expanded the
workshop and office space by a third allowing for the further installation
of MOT testing equipment.
All this has been accompanied by an ongoing commitment to quality and
customer care, which was clearly underlined with the achievement of
Investors in People (IiP). This IiP award is a clear sign of the planned
development of the company and it's staff to deliver their goals and
improve performance.
